Stefanos Filippou –
With over 30 years of experience as an architect in both the US and in Greece. Stefanos is today the leading architect of Diamona in Greece…
responsible for its real estate acquisition from the planning perspective, the municipality responsibilities and permits. Stefanos oversees Diamona planning, construction quality and assurance.
Stefanos obtained is architectural degree in 1989 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, IL.
College of Architecture, Art and Urban Planning, Stefanos is a member of the Greek National Institute of Architects. He obtained professional license from the Department of Professional Regulation for Greece in the year 2006.
Theodoros Papadatos –
Theodoros heads the legal division of Diamona Greece assisting the company throughout the legal spectrum of its investment strategy.
Theo’s practice primarily focuses on conducting legal due diligence prior to acquisition of a real estate property or entering into any legal relationship. Theo is responsible for the fulfillment of the company’s scope, including structured finance and credit facilities with the local Greek banks.
Theo’s area of expertise encompasses also EU and Public law, mainly administrative law, public procurement law, energy and competition law, having represented numerous clients in both advisory level and dispute resolution proceedings. In particular, he has been very active in the field of Project Finance and concessions and has had the opportunity to work on some of the largest infrastructure and energy projects in Greece.
Theodoros has a unique international experience, having postgraduate studies in the University of Paris II Panthéon — Assas and the University of Oxford on an Onassis Foundation Scholarship. He has also worked in the Court of Justice of the European Union where he got involved in the treatment of references for preliminary rulings in the field of EU Administrative Law and State Aid law, undertaking research to support members of the Court and publishing articles to “Reflets Judiciaires” (the ECJ’s Publication).
A member of the Athens Bar Association, he is also member of the French Association for the Research in Administrative Law and of the Association of Greek Public Law Lawyers, having participated in several conferences and published articles in academic journals.
Theodoros speaks fluently Greek, English, French and Spanish.
Mitsos Hrysicos –
Mitsos has a Bachelors degree in economics and a master degree in finance and accounting.
Mitsos is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and he has an A’ degree professional license.
Mitsos, has more than 20 years experience as an accountant. Mistos’ professional career began back in 1998 as an assistant accountant in a construction company “Mersinis electrical works SA”.
In the last seventeen years and before joining Diamona Greece, he was the chief accountant in a big yacht building company “Yachting Protection Ltd”.
Mitsos is heading DG accounting and financing department.
Dimitris Pantos –
Civil Engineer. Project Manager
Dimitris is a civil engineer who graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
He has over 25 years of experience in the construction engineering field. Dimitris’ main skills include, managing complex and large engineering projects including supervision, scheduling and execution. His experience includes residential and public projects in N. Psyhiko, Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Thessaloniki, Chios, Arkadia.
Dimitris is self-made thinking professional with broad and proven knowledge of all aspects of construction of complex projects.
Dimitris brings to Diamona Greece not only his professional skills but also team spirit and motivation to bring the company to successful accomplishments.
Chris Filippou –
Chris manages operations of the company to ensure that quality complies with Diamona Greece’s Vision and Philosophy.
Chris has over a decade of experience in design, construction and facility management. He has worked both on residential and retail projects and has organized tourist facilities. Part of his role is to ensure the smooth running of operational activities and maintain a line of communication between the company, its vendors and staff to achieve the goals set by management.
Chris holds a BA in interior design, is fluent both in Greek and English and has completed studies both in Greece and the United States.
Dede Dekay –
Dada brings over 30 years of experience in supervision of major real estate projects in Athens.
Dada graduated from the Skoda Technical School in Albania.
Dada was on the Albanian Olympic weightlifting team — and participated in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
Kostas Pikos –
Kostas is a graduate of the University of Athens, business administration. Kostas joined Diamona to lead and explore new acquisitions and opportunities in the real estate field.
Kostas has 10 years of experience in both management and administration work. In his last position Kostas was the head of the manager of a 5 stars hotel in Athens. Kostas has a unique insight to the life of the Athenians and the art of underground trends. Kostas brings a fresh look to Diamona Greece and its real estate acquisitions skim.
Michail Giannoulatos –
Michalis is the technology specialist of DG.
Michalis manages the integration of future technology into DG projects and products. Michalis is responsible for new innovative ideas and their implementation into the lifestyle of DG products and clients as proofed solutions.
Michalis has 15 years of experience in the IT sector and more than 5 years of experience as a site supervisor for complex real estate projects with deep technology implementation in well-known hospitality projects as well as in construction and logistics projects.
Michalis has a BA in Marketing, BSc in Information Systems, and MSc in Computer Science. Michalis graduated from the Hellenic and the American Universities and obtained also other various certificates including HACCP and CCNA.
Antigoni Pappa –
Antigoni is a graduate from the Technical University of Crete with a master degree in environmental engineering.
She also participated in an exchange student-program at the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Antigoni also studied interior design and attended a seminar of landscape architecture.
Antigoni worked as an engineer for seven years and in the last year she worked also as an interior designer before joining Diamona Greece as part of the construction team.
Antigoni enjoys the Athenian life and brings to the team a fresh look of the Athenian vibe and lifestyle. Antigoni likes cinema and travelling and on her free time she is attending pottery, dance, and yoga classes.
